LK106MF-BZ Automatic Industrial Die Cut Machine is our company’s new economic solution model for the die cutting and waste stripping jobs, it adopts the new technology of the die cutting industry, the machine can reach the max die cutting and stripping speed of 7800 sheets/hour, which surpasses most mainstream products.
Beside the traditional waste stripping unit, the machine has been designed with the second stripping unit could remove the gripper edge as well, this function greatly saves labor costs and achieves higher production efficiency.
The application of automation components allows machines to complete the work faster and achieve greater efficiency, bringing a steady stream of benefits to our customers.
Special solutions:
One key smart setting, input the sheet info into the screen, the machine feeder, pressing wheels at the feeding table, the paper delivery section will all be ready to adapt the new sheet.
The chase changer is prepared for fast setting up and it could help switch to next job conveniently, save the time for the whole production plan.
The machine is designed much higher than the traditional machine, which can feed and deliver around 300mm height more sheet each time, to raise the production efficiency.
